Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Test Well Electronics Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains our shipping, delivery, and related terms for all orders placed on our website https://www.testwelle.com.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in China).
  • We do not ship or process orders on weekends or Chinese national holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is processed. If we need additional information to process your order, we will contact you via email at sales@testwelle.com.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options for international orders:

UPS express 3–8 business days Slower than DHL, but Cheaper.
  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is shipped, not the order date.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, order weight, and shipping method selected.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you choose to return your order after delivery.
  • You can use your express account to ship if you have, we can deduct your shipping cost. 

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • For international orders, the recipient (you) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • If you have any specific requirement for the shipping invoice, pls. contact us by email or leave a message on the order page.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional fees caused by customs clearance in your country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after your order is shipped.
  • If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 2 business days, please contact us at sales@testwelle.com for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to countries subject to international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If we cannot ship your order to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address you provided.
  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@testwelle.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and products, and we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
  • If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
  • We cannot modify the shipping address once your order has been shipped.
