1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
- The item must not be a final sale item (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return

sales@testwelle.comwith your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable). - Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.
- Items returned without a valid RA# will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to us, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using express shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
- If you are approved for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund amount and processing time.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at
sales@testwelle.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide you with options for a replacement, full refund, or partial refund, at our discretion.7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page)
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer
- Consumable products that have been opened or used (e.g., batteries, cables)
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or payment provider account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
